I am Eswar Pandiripalli, a postgraduate in Computer Science from Andhra Pradesh, India, with 11 years of IT industry experience as a technology professional, product designer, and innovation catalyst. My journey started with software research and development, and gradually evolved into product design, emerging technologies, design thinking, and innovation-led problem solving for real-world industry challenges.
Over the years, I have worked as an R&D Software Engineer, Product Designer, Tech Specialist and Innovation Catalyst across domains such as railway signaling, smart cities, smart buildings, connected cold chain, HVAC and data centers. Along with my industry work, I actively engage with students, faculty, research scholars and young entrepreneurs through tech talks, workshops, mentoring, career guidance and innovation-focused programs.
